as screen resolution for interface display, prevent abnormal logins from other devices, and

device serial numbers, device MAC addresses, mobile application lists, telecom operators, etc.
Without your authorization, Fland Cold Cloud will not preemptively obtain the above information.

5. Self-start or Associated Start Instructions
Push related: To ensure that the application can normally receive broadcast information pushed by the client when it is closed or running in the background, the application needs to use the (self-start) capability, which will involve certain frequencies of system broadcasts to wake up the application's self-start or associated start behavior to achieve necessary functions and services. When you open content-related push messages, with your explicit consent, it will jump to open related content. Without your consent, there will be no associated start.
Download related: When you download files within this app (such as in-app version update prompts), the HTTP connection is handled based on the download status and the status changes in the connection are monitored to ensure that each download task is completed smoothly, especially when users switch between different applications and the download needs to continue in the background (which may involve background process self-start), and to obtain the APK file installation after the download task is completed smoothly.

1. Camera-Based Extended Functions
You can choose to enable the system's camera permissions, allowing FLAND iCold to access your camera by using functions such as taking photos, recording videos, and scanning codes. This enables you to publish content by taking photos or recording videos. If you need to record and publish videos with sound, you will also need to enable the microphone permissions. Fulande Lengyun will collect the information you upload and publish. You can disable this feature in the system permissions, but doing so may prevent you from using the scanning function or publishing content by taking photos or videos. However, this will not affect your ability to use the basic functions of FLAND iCold services.
2. Album-Based Extended Functions
You can choose to enable the system's album permissions, allowing FLAND iCold to access your album by actively uploading photos, videos, etc. This enables you to publish content by uploading photos or videos. FLAND iCold will collect the information you choose to upload and publish. You can disable this feature in the system permissions, but doing so may prevent you from changing your avatar or uploading materials by uploading photos or videos. However, this will not affect your ability to use the basic functions of FLAND iCold services.
3. Microphone-Based Extended Functions
You can choose to enable the system's microphone permissions to use voice technology for voice interaction functions. However, this will not affect your ability to use the basic functions of FLAND iCold services.

You can book various products/services for others through FLAND iCold and provide relevant
information about the actual service recipients. Please ensure that you have obtained
authorization from the relevant persons beforehand.
If FLAND iCold uses the information for purposes not specified in this policy, or if the
information collected for a specific purpose is used for other purposes, FLAND iCold will
seek your authorization and consent separately.
(iv) Exceptions to Obtaining Consent
Please be aware that in the following situations, FLAND iCold may collect and use your

If you cannot manage this personal information through the above links, you can contact Flandre Cold Cloud at any time through the feedback methods provided in this privacy policy. We will respond to your access request within 15 days.
(2) Change the scope of your authorization or withdraw authorization
You can change the scope of consent or withdraw your authorization by deleting information in the Flandre Cold Cloud App, changing privacy settings, or turning off device permissions in the system.
Please understand that after you perform the above operations, Flandre Cold Cloud will no longer be able to provide you with the corresponding services for which consent or authorization has been withdrawn. However, this will not affect the personal information processing based on your previous authorization.
(3) Account deletion:
To apply for account deletion in the APP, click "About Us" in the "Personal Center," and then click the "Delete Account" button on the About Us page. Once confirmed, we will immediately delete your account and all related information, which cannot be recovered. We will not be responsible for any loss caused by the deletion of information. If you are a minor, we recommend that you ask your parents or guardians to read this privacy policy carefully and use Flandre Cold Cloud's services or provide information to us with their consent.
According to national laws, regulations, and policies, please confirm that your guardian has agreed to your login to Flandre Cold Cloud App. After the guardian's consent, Flandre Cold Cloud will process and protect your personal information according to relevant regulations.
